We provide creative and intricately measured marketing services for hundreds of clients ranging from automotive to beef sandwiches. Job Description

We are looking for an internal marketing manager who is Salesforce proficient and has a good knowledge in programmatic language and familiarity with email systems such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Pardot and Campaigno.    In this system administrator role you will need to train team members to use this resource and be open to diverse perspectives from varying users.  You must also have the ability to think bigger and outline goals that affect long-term business strategies.

Salesforce Systems Administrator

  • User management and support
  • Reporting (executive, regional and support)
  • Build reporting for individuals
  • Integrations and licensing
  • Docusign
  • Xactly
  • Pardot
  • Salesforce Inbox
  • Insight Squared
  • Process and workflow development  

Xactly System Administrator

  • User management and support
  • Audit SF against Xactly
  • Monthly reporting

Docusign Administrator

  • User management and support
  • Process and workflow development  
  • Build, maintain, edit all Docusign template for DI and LDM, including OEM

Pardot Administrator

  • User management and support
  • Maintain all contacts and distribution lists
  • Collaborate with Creative on marketing campaigns
  • Create surveys or eblasts on an as-needed basis
  • Create workflows to produce opportunities

SalesForce Inbox

  • User management and support
  • Ongoing training including documentation

Insight Squared

  • User management and support
  • Build and maintain executive reporting
  • Provide datasets from Salesforce for direct and clean integration with Insight
  • Ongoing support for VP of Sales in reporting efficiencies
