About the Role

The Product Success Manager is responsible for the implementation and training of Dealer Inspire’s digital products as well as ensuring 100% client satisfaction through consistent communication with clients.  The Success Manager will work directly with the client to obtain appropriate information for set up, and ensure the project is progressing through each stage of implementation.  In this role, tasks are carefully managed in order for the products to launch effectively within the expected timeframe.  The Success Manager will work closely with the Product Development team in order to stay abreast of new developments to the products. Through ongoing data analysis and discussions with clients, the Success Manager will uncover clients who would benefit from additional training, striving to provide clients with a complete understanding of the product.  The Success Manager will set the client up for success through ensuring the client is utilizing the product to its full capacity.

  • Must demonstrate professionalism with superior customer services, both in written and verbal communication
  • Proficiently navigate Google Sheets, Docs and Forms
  • Familiarity with Wordpress preferred
  • Automotive experience is not required, but is preferred

Interpersonal Requirements:

  • Potential and desire to learn, understand and navigate back end website and product settings
  • Must have ability to play well with others, treat everyone with respect and have a rockstar personality!

Experience and Education:

4 year college degree, experience in a office setting in a similar industry
