Product Implementation Coordinator (Training)


About The Position

Dealer Inspire is looking for a rockstar individual with an upbeat attitude to support the Training Team.  The Product Implementation Coordinator will work closely with the Implementation Specialist and the Product Development team to follow a structured set-up process for our digital products.  The Coordinator will ensure implementation tasks are effectively completed in order for the product to launch successfully within the client’s specified time frame.

Essential Job Functions:

General administration functions focused on Product Implementation within the Training Team

Learn and understand the project tracking process for Dealer Inspire digital products  

Assist with managing documentation internally in Google Docs and Google Sheets

Assist the Implementation Specialist with necessary pre- and post-launch tasks with regards to the three Dealer Inspire digital products: Payment and Lease Calculator for Dealer Inspire websites, Conversations (a chat platform built for sales people), Online Shopper (a paperless way for dealers to communicate with customers to close deals).  As new products are developed and introduced, these products would be added accordingly to the responsibilities of the Product Implementation team.

Communicate effectively with the Implementation Specialist and Training department on a regular basis

The Implementation Coordinator should be prepared to eventually take on some level of minimal client communication in order to gather necessary information for implementation purposes

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong attention to detail and an outstanding sense of organization

Ability to communicate well internally with employees from various departments

Ability to balance demand and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Sheets

Experience and Education:

Previous relevant experience in a professional setting

Bachelor’s degree is beneficial, but not required

Must have a positive attitude, love working with others, and be eager to learn in a fast-paced environment!  There is room for growth in the newly developed and growing department.
