About The Position

Dealer Inspire is looking for a self motivated individual with an upbeat attitude to support the OEM  (original equipment manufacturer) Team.  The OEM Coordinator will assist the OEM Program Director maintain the day to day operations of the FCA program as well as the on-boarding processes for new certified website and digital advertising programs.   You will be exposed to many different individuals and personalities in this role, no day will ever be the same!

Essential Job Functions:

General administration functions of on the certified website and digital advertising program in the OEM  department

Learn and understand the process for OEM Dealer Inspire clients  

Assist with managing documentation internally in Google docs and Google Sheets

Assist the OEM with necessary program tasks, including enrollment , website launch coordination,  and reporting..

Communicate effectively with the many other departments on a regular basis

Assist the OEM Team with the organization of internal training and documentation


Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong attention to detail and an outstanding sense of organization

Ability to communicate well with outside clients as well as internally with employees from various departments

Ability to balance demand and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail

Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Sheets

Familiarity with Wordpress and Google Analytics a plus

Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Previous relevant experience in a professional setting
